I know Gaile! I pmed her a couple times when I wasn't pleased that none of the updates were giving me my GODDAMNED 15k TORMENTOR'S SET!!! And asked her when I could expect this piece of armor that's obviously (and unjustly) been thrown into the back seat of "priority van" for A-Net, I want my goddam armor! It's the ONLY set left! Start something and FINISH it if you're going to! Why update all other 15ks on a regular basis then leave that one?!!!!!

Rant over. (Gaile's that head of community releations person for anet or whatever her specific title thingy is).
